Valley Engineering sets out to give all its customers
a fast response to all its needs and had a dedicated
goal in concentrating its efforts on high standard service
visits on a scheduled basis, thereby reducing breakdowns
and limiting the down time of its lifts.
Valley Engineering also recognised that customers budgets for their
lifts are limited and has targeted prices competitively. This allows our
customers to make the necessary investments on its lifts, to maintain
the high lift service required.
All call outs have a maximum response time of the same
working day, unless otherwise agreed. We can boast a high achievement
of fixing most breakdowns on the initial visit, on any equipment. This
is achievable through our dedicated service visits reducing all lift breakdowns
to a minimum.
