Most boilers create heat by burning a mix of air and fossil fuels, if this mix is not correctly adjusted the efficiency of the boiler is greatly reduced and can lead to other knock on effects such as soot build up, which, on its own can cause a 10% increase in fuel consumption.

As part of a schedule maintenance plan our technicians will conduct a combustion efficiency test and adjust the air to fuel ration accordingly. Also removal of soot build up and relief valves are checked to ensure the boiler is working at maximum achievable efficiency whilst managing the environmental concerns.
