Valley Engineering process refrigeration systems
are capable of holding process temperature to 0.2ºC
accuracy at up to 1.2Mw duty. Process heating serviced
by steam, gas, oil or electricity can be provided
alongside the process cooling. When installed together
Valley Engineering can design, supply and install
all the heat rejection and absorption requirements
within an innovative energy balanced package.
At Valley Engineering,
we produce a comprehensive range of rapid cooling
machines primarily for fresh fruit and produce
industries. Fabricated specifically to allow fast
and effective cooling, the unique design dehydrates
the produce far less than traditional systems.
Whilst this is a huge move to improving the all
important shelf life another large benefit is
hygiene. The Valley Engineering system does not
contain any of the non-hygienic, recycled or stored
water of air spray high humidity models. The systems
only have one heat transfer stage from the refrigerant
and as such can be operated at lower temperatures
than traditional high humidity rapid coolers.
Further benefits include the flexibility of being
easily installed into existing cold stores as
well as being cost effective. Valley Engineering
also manufacture their innovative rapid cooling
systems as static and moving tunnel coolers.
