Designed specifically for chilling water used to wash fresh produce. Evolved over the last seven years, these chillers can maintain 0.5o C in any process wash line. They have the advantage of being open so ice build up does not cause expansion bursting. In addition to this cleaning is quite simple. The unit has a unique ice harvest control which allows ice to build then harvested and stored in the base tank so it is available to meet peak industrial refrigeration demands.
